The Computer Engineering study program focuses on equipping students with the skills to develop contemporary computer systems and embedded computers. Additionally, it emphasizes the ability to create modern services utilizing computer applications, lead computer technology projects, comprehend the latest and most impactful scientific research and development trends in computer engineering, conduct research, and evaluate outcomes.
Graduates will be able to work and lead the groups in organizations, engineering or operating computer systems and embedded computers, which also provide computer technology services. Also graduates will be able to independently engineer modern computer systems hardware and software, adapt existing computer systems resources for additional operations and new company needs. In addition, graduates will be able to independently develop, operate and improve electronic devices with microcontrollers and programmable logic schemes.
According to various international cooperation and exchange programs there is an opportunity to study in Germany, Austria, Finland, Greece, Portugal, South Korea, Taiwan, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus and many other countries around the world for one or two semesters.
Graduates of Computer Engineering master’s studies are able to work and lead company departments that develop and produce a variety of electronical equipment, as well as organizations that engineer and modernize computer systems; graduates can also continue with doctoral studies in the electrical, electronics and informatics science field.
