This program prepares students for creative engineering work in the design, manufacture, and operation of technical devices (vehicles, machines, installations) using modern methods, technologies, and design and technological tools. Students acquire knowledge in the design and testing of machines and devices, learn the properties and principles of selecting standard and advanced materials, and improve their understanding of technological processes through familiarization with modern manufacturing technologies. They are also able to conduct advanced diagnostics of the technical condition of devices and propose repair procedures.
