Spatial Management
During the studies, we value strategic thinking, the ability to synthesize multi-threaded issues, and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams. The curriculum offers five elective thematic streams: digital technologies, climate planning, urban transformation, participatory planning, and operational urban planning. Each stream includes an introductory lecture and a series of design courses offering unique perspectives on the themes of the streams under the guidance of specialists and practitioners. The core course structure is complemented by classes in law, marketing, architecture, and spatial policy, based on concrete examples from professional practice. All courses are embedded in a broad civilizational context, offering a holistic view of economic, social, and political changes occurring on various scales: from global, through national, regional, and local. The studies address topics such as functional urban planning, local planning, and urban design.
