BA (Hons) Primary Teaching

The BA (Hons) Primary Teaching programme enables you to start working as a teacher at the end of the programme. All student teachers are provided with the opportunity to learn how to teach the full range of primary subjects and develop children’s holistic needs. The programme is taught by experienced and enthusiastic tutors, in partnership with mentors and teachers in local schools who will support you throughout the year. The university aims to deliver a high quality learning environment that embeds intellectual curiosity, innovation and best practice in learning, teaching and student support to enable students to achieve their full academic potential. The employment record of graduates from the University of Chichester is excellent, with the vast majority entering occupations of their choice within months of graduation.
