The operational areas addressed by this Laurea Magistrale (equivalent to Master of Science) programme may be summarised in two skill profiles, gravitating around the economic-financial management (asset and property management) and technical-operational support services for the built-up environment management (facility management) areas. The objective of the programme is to transmit to the student knowledge and skills in building technology and construction, in production and management engineering, in law, in economics, in information technology and in land planning; to provide methods and tools to be used for technical-economic evaluation on purchase or on designing the requalification of buildings.

Admission Requirements
A Bachelor Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management Engineering, Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Applicants to Master of Science programmes are required to have a Bachelor degree or to be in the process of completing a Bachelor degree. In case you have both a Bachelor and a Master Degree, you will be evaluated on the basis of your Bachelor Degree only.
