The Master of Human Resource Management is delivered by a highly qualified, award-winning teaching faculty, willing to leverage their strong relationships with state and federal government for the benefit of your student experience; supported by the Professor of Employment Studies. The alternate pathway is through the Graduate Certificate (40 units) which will be available for applicants who have:
(1) 3 year Bachelors Degree not in a related field; or
(2) 3 year Diploma in a related field such as accounting, business, commerce, economics, finance, human resource management, industrial relations, management, marketing, or social science; or
(3) 3 year Diploma not in a related field + 1 year relevant organisational experience; or
(4) 2 year Diploma in a related field such as accounting, business, commerce, economics, finance, human resource management, industrial relations, management, marketing, or social science; + 2 years relevant organisational experience; or
(5) 2 year Diploma not in a related field + 3 years relevant organisational experience; or
(6) At least 5 years relevant organisatonal experience.
