Updated original birth certificate and 2 photostatic copies CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) Original High School Certificate and 2 photostatic copies 6 ID-size photos (black and white). No snapshots Fill out the Registration Application Submit all documentation to the Student Services Department Make the internal fee payment at the time of processing Make the registration payment at the checkout Make the payment for accident insurance.
