Students will learn: Structure of Marketing Department in overall management system of the company, functions and main areas of work, responsibility systems;​ ​​Marketing activities as a part of in of adapting or standardizing products, brands, the entire marketing complex, marketing planning and audit;​ ​​Methods and metrics for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities;​ ​​Critical analysis, conclusions and apply the best practices of international and Russian companies in marketing activities​​​​​; Project approach for management of various marketing projects.
