The Management in Catering Industry program provides training of highly qualified personnel, owning advanced management methodology and economically sound scientific and practical methods of its application for the organization of an efficient and competitive market for restaurant services. Thanks to the knowledge gained in the course of training on the master's program, graduates will be able to participate in the development and implementation of a program for the socio-economic development of enterprises in the food industry; modern organization of the production process on the scale of an individual enterprise, network and industry as a whole. Students in the learning process use business environment simulators ProBusiness, software MS Project, 1C, simulation of restaurant production management in specialized laboratories "Food Technology Laboratory", "Laboratory for the study of physical and chemical properties of products."
