The students of Restaurant Business Management are to master the economic, financial, administrative and organizational management of the enterprise in ways that allow you to search for new market opportunities in the restaurant industry. The knowledge gained by students in general and special disciplines allows graduates of this profile to successfully work at already existing enterprises of the restaurant business, as well as organize their own business. Students in the learning process use business environment simulators ProBusiness, software MS Project, 1C, AutoCAD, restaurant production management modeling in specialized laboratories "Food Technology Laboratory", "Laboratory for the study of physical and chemical properties of products". Students in their 2nd year and participate in the competition for training in foreign partner universities. As part of the training program, students can choose 2 typical individualized trajectories, including one trajectory with in-depth scientific training (for admission to a master's degree) and trajectories with preparation for the BEC / TOEFL exam. 10% of foreign students study under the program.
