Machines and Food Production Equipment prepares highly qualified bachelors, can prepare the terms of reference, to make the calculation, design and maintenance of products and technologies, to control product quality and safety. Students in the learning process use software products AutoCAD, AutoDesk, MathsCAD, Corel photopaint, Photo-paint. 30% of subjects may be selected by students to study according to their academic and professional interests. Lecturers and hands-on sessions are given by representatives of the food industry and research institutes: the commercial director of Yam! Brands Russia of the international network of enterprises of the KFC brand, General Director of NP National Confederation of Packers Boyko Alexander Gavriilovich, Researcher of the All-Russian Research Institute of Grain and Its Processing Products, a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Federal Scientific Center for Food Systems named after VM, Gorbatov "RAS Kechkin Ivan Aleksandrovich, commodity experts of food products.
