Industrial informatics and robotics is a multidisciplinary technological field that studies the implementation of computer science and robot programming to the business development of the smart industry or industry 4.0, a paradigm of industrial manufacturing in which all productive systems are strongly computerised and interconnected.
The objective of the degree is to train competent professionals with deep knowledge of informatics and robotics engineering, who are capable of addressing the deployment of industry 4.0 and adapting to technological changes, as well as leading project teams with people from different fields.
