Accredited by the Society of Sports Therapists, our course covers injury identification and management, the principles of rehabilitation techniques and exercise science, so you’ll graduate ready to work as a professional sports therapist.

Join us, and train to work safely and ethically as a sport and exercise therapist in our specialist clinic space and sports science labs, accredited by the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES). You’ll be learning a range of skills including; providing pitch-side first-aid, dealing with spinal injuries, delivering sport massage, diagnosing and rehabilitating injuries, planning and delivering strength and conditioning training, and more. Main: 112 UCAS Tariff points from a minimum of 2 A Levels (or equivalent), including a pass in Psychology, Physical Education, Sports Studies or a Science subject. 3 GCSEs at grade C, or grade 4, or above, including English and Maths. If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University. An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure will be required prior to commencing your course.
Alternatives: UCAS Tariff points acquired from BTEC Level 3 Diplomas in a related subject are accepted. International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 24 points is accepted, Higher Level Biology or a related subject is required. UCAS Tariff Points from Access to HE Diplomas in a related subject are accepted. UCAS Tariff points from Scottish Advanced Highers are accepted, related subjects are required. UCAS Tariff points from the Irish Leaving Certificate are accepted, related subjects are required. The European Baccalaureate at a minimum overall grade of 60% is accepted, this must include a related subject. HNC qualifications in a related subject are accepted. HND qualifications in a related subject are accepted.
