The programme has a strong focus on whole-person development, Multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary in nature. Key content areas include pedagogical design, curriculum planning, management and leadership, as well as policy analysis. It has a practical orientation with a curriculum emphasis on field study and context-based approaches, and uses experiential learning pedagogy emphasising processes, discoveries and reflections.
