This Master degree offers a professional education in architecture, focusing on design-research and uses research-based approach. Students may choose from sustainable design, urban design, history/theory or design practice. The Master of Architecture is recognised by the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia, the Board of Architects of Queensland , the Australian Institute of Architect and the Commonwealth Association of Architects. This program is the entry-level qualification for the architecture profession and as such is a terminal degree. Through inclusion of 60 credit points of dedicated research in the final trimester of study, graduates will be eligible for consideration for higher-degree-research enrolment.
