The Luiss Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration provides students with a solid theoretical and applied foundation in the methods and principles of business economics, integrating management, economics, finance, law, quantitative methods and IT skills.
The programme develops analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, preparing students to understand business dynamics and address the challenges of international markets. Through real-world cases, workshops, project-based activities and applied methodologies, students translate theoretical knowledge into practical managerial skills. Particular attention is devoted to IT and data analysis, through coding and the use of specialised software.
During the first two years, students build an interdisciplinary foundation in management, economics, mathematics, statistics, law, accounting, marketing, business strategy, finance and quantitative methods. In the third year, they can personalise their study path by choosing one of three tracks: Marketing; Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management; or International Business and Strategy. The curriculum also includes a second foreign language, humanities courses, the Grand Challenge and an internship or company project.
The programme prepares students to work in complex and multicultural business environments, with career opportunities in multinational companies, start-ups, strategic consulting, financial institutions, marketing and management. It also provides a solid foundation for Luiss Master’s Degree Programmes and other postgraduate pathways in economics, management and finance.

Yes. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency of B2 CEFR, certified by a recognised test issued no more than three years prior to application. Only the final level indicated on the certificate (B2, C1, or C2) will be considered; interim levels are not valid.
Candidates who completed their entire undergraduate studies in English will automatically be assigned a presumed B2 level. However, in order to be considered for a higher level (and any associated benefits), one of the accepted certificates showing that level must be uploaded during the application process.
Please note: if you apply for a programme taught in Italian, you must provide a certificate showing at least B2 proficiency in Italian at the time of enrolment.
