The Bachelor's Degree Programme in Global Law is dedicated to the development of legal experts capable of standing out in global and cross-border contexts, working in multinational companies, NGOs, European institutions and international organisations. The programme is taught in a highly engaging environment, where active learning is enriched not only by lectures given by top-notch professors, but also by contributions from leading professionals, most of whom belong to the Luiss Alumni network. The curriculum also includes workshops, project work, simulations and legal clinics, culminating in the Grand Challenge. The programme, which is strongly interdisciplinary in character, offers a solid legal background complemented by in-depth knowledge in economics, management and technological innovation. The curriculum is enriched by an optional course in the Humanities. In their third year, students opt for a major in Global Law, Business & Tech, Global Law and International Organisations or Italian Law. The Italian Law track enables students to enrol in the Single-Cycle Master's Degree Programme in Giurisprudenza, with an abbreviated curriculum, in order to obtain a Master's Degree in Giurisprudenza. A focus on fostering critical and analytical thinking enables students to evaluate and solve legal problems in complex and dynamic environments. The curriculum also emphasizes global governance and human rights, highlighting the significance of ethically informed and socially responsible legal practices in a globalized world.

Selecting the right scholarship can be a daunting process. With countless options available, students often find themselves overwhelmed and confused. The decision can be especially stressful for those facing financial constraints or pursuing specific academic or career goals.
To help students navigate this challenging process, we recommend the following articles:
Yes. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency of B2 CEFR, certified by a recognised test issued no more than three years prior to application. Only the final level indicated on the certificate (B2, C1, or C2) will be considered; interim levels are not valid.
Candidates who completed their entire undergraduate studies in English will automatically be assigned a presumed B2 level. However, in order to be considered for a higher level (and any associated benefits), one of the accepted certificates showing that level must be uploaded during the application process.
Please note: if you apply for a programme taught in Italian, you must provide a certificate showing at least B2 proficiency in Italian at the time of enrolment.
