The Luiss Bachelor’s Degree in Global Law, taught entirely in English, prepares legal professionals to operate in global and cross-border contexts, including multinational companies, non-governmental organisations, European institutions and international organisations.
The programme provides a solid legal education, complemented by skills in economics, management and technological innovation. It develops critical thinking and analytical skills to address complex legal issues, with particular attention to global governance, human rights and social responsibility. Teaching combines lectures, workshops, project work, simulations, legal clinics and challenge-based learning activities, including the Grand Challenge, enabling students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world cases.
During the first two years, students acquire fundamental legal knowledge and methodological tools to understand legal systems, institutions and economic relations from an international perspective. In the third year, they can personalise their study path by choosing one of three tracks: Global Law, Business & Tech; Global Law and International Organisations; or Italian Law. The Italian Law track provides access to the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree in Law through an accelerated pathway.
Graduates can pursue careers in European and international institutions, non-governmental organisations, multinational companies, consulting, compliance and institutional relations, or continue their studies through Master’s Degree Programmes and other postgraduate pathways in law, international relations and related disciplines.
Programme Director: Prof. Aldo Sandulli
