The Single Cycle Degree in Law (Language: Italian)

The Single Cycle Master's Degree in Law (Giurisprudenza) at Luiss University provides sound and comprehensive legal education to train competent and innovative lawyers ready to meet the challenges of today's legal sector. The curriculum is designed to cover all major areas of law including civil, criminal, administrative, commercial, international and labour law, ensuring in-depth and versatile knowledge essential for modern legal practice.

Academic Structure

The programme is structured over five years (300 ECTS) as a single cycle master's degree, the Italian qualification required for traditional legal professions. The first three and a half years are devoted to studying topics fundamental to education of every legal expert, establishing solid foundation in all major legal disciplines.

The last year and a half is dedicated to one of nine specialized majors, each including courses also offered in English, with practical and experiential learning components. This approach provides students with both theoretical knowledge and operational skills for immediate employment in legal fields.
