AN INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAMME
The programme aims to equip students with advanced and comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of topics in the area of international commercial and business law, as well as international law and human rights. Students will critically analyse how these fields intersect to address contemporary challenges such as global trade disputes, corporate responsibility for human rights, sustainable development, and evolving ethical, cultural, and geopolitical issues. The programme will further deepen and broaden students' academic understanding of law by fostering systematic knowledge of legal processes, methodologies, and key concepts in both commercial and human rights contexts. This includes examining the social, political, and theoretical frameworks underpinning the operation of legal systems on a global scale. It will also enhance students' professional and academic development by refining their analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
