  • MBA or other Post- graduate Masters qualification such as an MA HRM
  • Candidates must be employed in a senior position in the NHS or other healthcare provider, preferably in a senior leadership role with the authority and support of key stakeholder to carry out a research project.
  • 7.0 IELTS (for candidates where English is not their first language. 6.5 may be considered in exceptional circumstances.)
