The Change Management in the Disruptive Era concentration in the Master of Management program at Universitas Nusa Putra is designed to deepen students’ understanding of modern change management theories and models, with a focus on digital, technological, and geopolitical disruptions. This concentration prepares students to effectively lead and manage organizational change across various contexts by developing transformational and adaptive leadership skills.
