The Criminal Justice and Law System interest is one of the earliest concentrations in the Law Study Program at Nusa Putra University. This concentration examines a wide range of issues of the criminal justice system and includes issues not only of legal aspects, but also  sociological aspects in criminal law enforcement, political aspects of law, criminal law policies etc. The development of criminal law, criminal procedure law and the criminal justice system in other countries are also objects of study so that mastery of comparative law becomes part of the concentration.

The materials studied in depth in this concentration are the Criminal Justice System, Development of Criminal Law Theories, Criminology, Criminal Law and Economic Activities, Crime Prevention and Human Rights Policies, History and Comparative Criminal Law, and Criminal Law and Corruption. In addition, there are several elective courses that can be chosen to deepen knowledge. In the end, students gain knowledge and also the ability to conduct research and writing related to legal issues and the criminal justice system.
