The BA degree in English at our College is important in many ways:
  • Preparing professionally and academically trained graduates in all fields including teaching, translation, tourism and so forth,
  • Opening up channels of academic communication with all the institutions concerned regionally, locally and globally,
  • Enhancing students' English language and research skills both quantitatively and qualitatively,
  • Developing students' critical thinking and speaking skills so that they become able to communicate effectively with whoever is concerned with the English language and literature,
  • Instilling in students an overwhelming desire for community service via English as a foreign language.
