Television Production is the study of all aspects of television production
including broadcast and online media. There are two pathways offered by this
course; production or operations. Both pathways on this degree will produce
graduates who are highly skilled studio and location professionals who are able
to work on multi or single-camera productions. This practical course focuses on
the origination and development of ideas, as well as the production of
multi-platform programmes and other digital content appropriate to the modern
TV industry. Ravensbourne’s strong industry links and connections is the
distinct feature of this course, enabling students to learn through real-world
projects. Projects regularly involve working with Channel 4, BBC and BT Sport,
as well as other prestigious companies, such as The Royal Shakespeare Company.
