BA (Hons) Fashion is the study and development of wearable media. This course is intended for aspiring designers to study fashion design with a focus on the use and application of new technology. The aim of this course is to equip students with industry-ready skills and a firm grasp of concept development. Students are encouraged to think about their design signature from the start of their studies and Ravensbourne will work with each individual to oversee their growth as a designer. Using Ravensbourne’s digital workshops, students are encouraged to explore new digital technologies such as 3D printing, digital print, digital embroidery, laser cutting, and the Lectra CAD/CAM design management system.
