The Agrotechnology Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) "Veteran" East Java was established on May 17, 1968, officially inaugurated by the Minister of Veterans Affairs and Demobilization of Indonesia, with the establishment decree No. 062/Kpts/Mentransvet/68, Operational License Decree No. 321/D/T/2008 supported by the Program Study Merger Decree No. 2449/D/T/2009.
The Agrotechnology Study Program achieved an A accreditation ranking (362) with the BAN – PT Decree No. 972/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/IX/2015. The Agrotechnology Study Program consists of three fields of interest, namely, Soil Science, Plant Pest and Disease Science, and Agronomy.
