At the end of the cycle, the specialty is aimed both at students who wish to continue their studies and move towards legal research in the field of health and at those who wish after their diploma to find professional outlets (firms lawyers specializing in medical law, insurance companies, health institutions, care establishments, health agencies, pharmaceutical laboratories, etc.).
Goals The specialty " Health activities and responsibilities " aims to enable students not only to master the compensation of bodily injury related to health care activities and health products, in amicable and contentious procedures, but also to train research on health law issues with a view to preparing a doctoral thesis. The training emphasizes aspects of both private and public law, without neglecting ethics.
The holder of this diploma will be able to work in all sectors concerned with health, whether public or private. This can be a law firm, health agencies, or health facilities, for example.
Initiated in research, the graduate will be able to work at the University (after the thesis and the corresponding recruitments).
