Nuclear medicine technologists are responsible for preparing and administering radioactive substances, called radiopharmaceuticals, to evaluate the function of an organ or body system to diagnose and/or treat disease. On this Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine) degree, students will learn from award-winning teachers and gain practical experience during 1,750 hours of clinical placement, complemented by an in-depth theoretical component.
