Human Resource Management (MLitt)

This specialised programme in human resource management is designed to develop your understanding of the concepts, models and theories relevant to the management of people within organisations. Our aim is to enable you to make an effective contribution as a human resource specialist, taking account of the complexities within the discipline of human resource management. The programme looks at the current research agenda, best practice and innovative thinking in human resource management within the wider context of managing contemporary organisations. Students have the opportunity to participate in the Masters Extra (MX) Programme, which includes guest lectures from eminent academics and business executives, specific sessions to enhance career development opportunities and a range of corporate visits.
