Management (MLitt)

The course provides recent graduates of all subject areas and cultural backgrounds with a solid foundation in contemporary management methods and all the relevant skills. For all graduates, particularly those from a non-business discipline with little or no work experience, it will provide the knowledge and inspire the confidence to take up managerial responsibilities or a leadership role with any organisation. The course provides an integrative understanding and a flexible approach to problem solving within organisations and enables students to develop a solid foundation in contemporary management methods and allows them to gain important analytical and management skills required to obtain a professional position with managerial responsibilities or a leadership role within an organisation.
