The program is aimed to form theoretical and methodological competences in the fields of adult education (on a life-long perspective), organizational analysis, human resource systems and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) applied to Education and HR processes.
The course has a two years duration. Students will engage in major courses in organizational theory, HR, adult education, psychology and sociology. Internships in organizations investing in HR and Educational practices as a way to achieve their competitive advantage will provide a further occasion for students to perfect their skills by means of an on the job experience.

- CELI: Certification issued by the University for Foreigners of Perugia
- CELI: University for Foreigners of Siena
- CERTIT: University Roma 3
- Plida: Società Dante Alighieri
Certificates of Italian language proficiency of no less than B2 level of the Council of Europe issued by the University of Roma 3, the Universities for Foreigners of Perugia and Siena, the non-state legally recognized University for Foreigners "Dante Alighieri" of Reggio Calabria, and by the "Dante Alighieri" Society, also in agreement with the Italian Institutes of Culture abroad or other entities are valid. CLIQ - Quality Italian Language Certification certificates are also valid.
