Play is the child’s way of engaging with reality and constitutes the main driver of the developmental process.
TNPEE utilises the child’s spontaneous play as a strategy to support their motor, psychological, cognitive and social skills and to foster the maturation of adaptive functions within a close therapeutic alliance. The body is the primary tool that children can use to express themselves and to exert their influence on reality.
A key strength of the degree programme lies in the activities focused on the personal development of each student, aimed at increasing their awareness of their physical and psychological self, which is deeply involved in the therapeutic relationship with patients.

Admission Requirements
- CELI: Certification issued by the University for Foreigners of Perugia
- CELI: University for Foreigners of Siena
- CERTIT: University Roma 3
- Plida: Società Dante Alighieri
Certificates of Italian language proficiency of no less than B2 level of the Council of Europe issued by the University of Roma 3, the Universities for Foreigners of Perugia and Siena, the non-state legally recognized University for Foreigners "Dante Alighieri" of Reggio Calabria, and by the "Dante Alighieri" Society, also in agreement with the Italian Institutes of Culture abroad or other entities are valid. CLIQ - Quality Italian Language Certification certificates are also valid.
