The 1st cycle degree in Engineering Management sets out specifically to train professional figures able to fill organisational and managerial roles requiring basic technological competences, particularly in the analysis and management of production and logistical processes and company management processes. The career opportunities for engineering management graduates particularly include roles which require specific skills in handling problems characterised by technological constraints and opportunities through the application of knowledge of economics and management, with particular focus on cases in which physical, financial and human resources need to be optimised, assuring quality as well as product and process safety, analysing the problems linked to environmental impact and constraints, examining the opportunity to adopt new technologies assessing the organisational and competitive aspects.

Admission Requirements
Admission to the 1st cycle degree programme in Engineering Management is subject to the possession of a five-year secondary school diploma or equivalent suitable qualification obtained abroad, or a four-year secondary school diploma and diploma for the relative supplementary year, or, where no longer active, will be assigned additional learning requirements by the Degree Programme Board on a case-by-case basis.
Admission to the degree programme is also subject to the possession of strong oral and written Italian language skills, logical reasoning skills, knowledge of and ability to use the main results of elementary mathematics and the foundations of experimental sciences.
