The degree course in building and land techniques is part of the professionalizing degree class L-P01 [building and land techniques] and trains a professional figure with a strong interdisciplinary vocation. The course is professionalizing: it leaves ample space for laboratory and internship activities. The areas it intends to cover, after a basic training in scientific disciplines, concern legislative, appraisal, shipbuilding, topographical survey, land registry, representation, construction support and data management aspects through GIS and BIM. At the end of the course there is no natural continuation on the master's level but directly allows access to the register of graduate Surveyors and Surveyors.

Admission to the Degree Programme in Techniquesand management for construction and land requires possession of a secondaryschool diploma awarded after five years of study or a foreign qualificationrecognised as suitable.
Additionally, knowledge and competence in the following areas arerequired:
- good knowledge of spoken and written Italian - the ability for logical reasoning - the ability to apply the principal results of basic mathematics andthe fundamentals of experimental sciences. - English language skills to at least CEFR level A2 are also required.
