This program covers courses in core literature, specialization elective papers in various literary and language areas, communication skills and foreign language skills, Employability enhancement courses, behavioral sciences and research skill development.
After successful completion of the program, the students can pursue PhD for university jobs and B.Ed for school teaching, go into content writing and editing in corporate, prepare for public service examinations, find jobs in advertising and media, work in publishing houses, pursue career in performing arts.
The school organizes events commemorating days of national and literary importance such as World Theatre Day, National Cinema Day, International Mother Language Day, World Memoir Day and more where the students participate whole-heartedly. A much-awaited event of the School is its annual Literature Fest, “Litfiesta” which is comprised of famous author interactions, panel discussions with authors, editors, publishers, and academics, along with other events such as inter-college poetry competitions, literary quiz, cosplay, and drama performances by students.
