B.Sc. (Honours Research) Geography is the study of physical, human, and natural geography along with cartography, geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, and geographical data analysis. It is a four-year undergraduate course following the NEP: National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, UGC 2022. The research acumen among the students is nurtured through organization of regular students’ seminars in the department and offering them opportunities for internship. The students come up with their research papers systematically through their NTCC courses. We integrate our academics with research oriented and innovative exercises that nurtures the students .We intend to cultivate holistic development of the students and develop an ethical mindset among them so that they attain academic excellence and become industry oriented.
