This course will provide students with the technical knowledge of materials and building processes, and an understanding of logistics and planning. Students will gain skills including management, economics, finance and decision-making skills, all of which are required by professional construction and project managers. Specialist modules in areas such as health, safety and environmental management will support your other areas of knowledge. This programme is fully recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) through its partnership agreement with the University. Graduates are therefore eligible to enter the RICS’s Assessment of Professional Competence training scheme. The degree is also fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
