The bachelor’s degree programme 60111300 – “Technological Education” is implemented in full-time and part-time modes, with a standard duration of three years for full-time study, and is aimed at training pedagogical personnel who possess modern knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of technology and vocational education; graduates are qualified to work as teachers of technology and career guidance in general secondary and specialized schools, as instructors of specialized subjects in secondary specialized and vocational education institutions, as club leaders in extracurricular education, as masters of industrial training in vocational education institutions, as tutors, laboratory assistants, and heads of cabinets in educational organizations, as methodologists in ministries and agencies, as specialists in local self-government bodies, as well as junior research fellows in pedagogical and technical research institutes; the curriculum includes courses in the fundamentals of materials science, descriptive geometry and engineering graphics, technologies of processing metallic and non-metallic materials, design and modeling of garments, basics of robotics, methodology of teaching technology, folk crafts and artistic design, inclusive education, and media literacy, while the 4+2 qualification internship system ensures the consolidation of theoretical knowledge and the formation of professional skills, and upon completion graduates are awarded the qualification “Technology Teacher.”
