1. Faith is not required for studying Buddhism. Non-Buddhists are welcome to apply, provided they participate in our Buddhist practice courses.
2. Applicants for our M.A. program must hold a Bachelor's degree accredited by a country's Ministry of Education.
3. Proof of language proficiency.
4. A strong interest in academic research is essential, and participation in practice courses at Yunshui Residential College is expected.
5 There is no age restriction for applying to our programs.
A background in Humanities or Social Sciences can facilitate study but is not an absolute requirement.
