The educational objective of the Dept. of Business Administration is to nurture practical management specialists who have the global sense to carry out strategic corporate management as they systematically gather knowledge about management that is based on big data analysis which is necessary for globally competitive corporate management. In order to develop human resources that satisfy the requirements of the industry field, the department covers personality education, major education, and other various kinds of programs for learning a foreign language, and especially, our department has become a convergence major by integrating related subjects such as big data analysis for creating the appropriate human resources for the fourth industrial revolution era while reinforcing finance, accounting, and marketing to the traditional business administration programs by reflecting the latest social trend. Furthermore, we have been strengthening our academic-industrial cooperation for producing practical human resources, while at the same time actively promoting field-centered programs associated with different companies and internship programs.
