The Dept. of Early Childhood Education aims to train future childhood education teachers who can deal with the environmental changes of future education while maintaining a suitable personality and expertise. In order to make the best childhood education professionals, the professors of different childhood education majors provide a one-to-one mentor system to manage the field centered teacher education programs for developing the individual characteristics of the students and improving their hands-on experiences.
