The Executive Program in Consumer Relations Management offers a comprehensive understanding of risk control and management.

The project stems from the observation that today customers represent the first asset of a company, while the companies themselves have at their disposal a mass of information tools with respect to products/services on the market.

Therefore, it no longer makes sense to consider consumers and companies as two opposing parties: both have an interest in creating a common model of quality.

The Program is jointly developed by the Luiss Business School and the Luiss School of Law in partnership with the Competition and Market Authority and sees the involvement of consumer stakeholders, such as Codacons.

The Program is designed to enrich or develop skills that will make it possible to effectively interpret current consumer protection legislation, relating it to the general principles of the legal system, to protect the rights and interests of consumers and to improve the ability of companies to manage relationships and contractual relationships with users.
