The program aims to support organizations in strategically rethinking Executive remuneration policies . The program allows you to understand how to implement executive compensation plans that are able to balance the attraction and retention needs of leaders, with the requests of shareholders, markets and public opinion, in compliance with a constantly evolving regulatory framework. Furthermore, the course intends to deepen the governance of the executive compensation process: from the management and functioning methods of the main bodies and players involved, to the effective communication of remuneration policies both inside and outside the company.
