for the programme will normally be expected to hold at least one of the
following:
a second-class honours degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering,
Environmental Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management,
Architecture Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction
Technology
a relevant professional qualification of an equivalent level
satisfactory independent evidence of at least two years of work experience
in a relevant role normally held by an honours graduate, showing that the
applicant would benefit from the programme
If English is not the applicant’s first language, the applicant must hold
IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 600, or an equivalent qualification. Applicants with IELTS
6.0 or equivalent may also be considered if they provide an authorised letter
from their previous higher education institution confirming that the medium
of instruction was English.
