Be inspired and take the lead with a Master of Professional Engineering. Whether you've completed undergraduate studies in engineering or in another field, the Master of Professional Engineering is the key to a career as an internationally recognised professional engineer. In this masters program you'll specialise in engineering technical, research and professional units and undertake design and research projects, blending theory and practice. This course is designed for students who have completed undergraduate studies and are seeking an internationally recognised engineering qualification* to practice as a professional engineer in Australia and other Washington Accord countries. You can build on your undergraduate experience, diversify your skills in a different specialisation or change your career and become a fully-accredited engineer. If you have a degree in a different field, such as science, mathematics or pharmacy and want to pursue a career in engineering, the three-year conversion course gives you the technical skills and knowledge you need to become a practising engineer. There are five engineering specialisations to choose from: chemical, civil, electrical, materials and mechanical. Giving you the opportunity to pursue your interests and career goals, or deepen your existing knowledge.
