The purpose of the educational program is to provide in-depth academic and professional training for master's students specializing in behavior analysis for autism spectrum disorders, developmental disorders, and integration strategies within the education system.

Upon successful completion of the educational program, students will be able to: Demonstrate a deep and comprehensive understanding of advanced knowledge in their field, and apply fundamental scientific concepts to solve issues in psychological and pedagogical science and educational practice; Hold a holistic scientific worldview and understanding of global socio-political processes; employ a range of scientific methods in their research, and present themselves as digital educators across scientific and professional domains; Facilitate successful, constructive professional communication and social interaction in multilingual, multicultural, and scientific environments to address academic and professional challenges, employing a scientific style of academic writing; Design, adapt, and implement their research processes; serve as a teacher-manager with a humanistic approach, a methodologist, and an expert, equipped with skills in managing business processes within education; Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of contemporary paradigms in the education of individuals with special educational needs and anticipate future trends and conditions for its development; Address professional challenges in an evolving educational system for increasingly diverse groups of children with disabilities, aligning with the demands of technological advancements in the educational process; Research, design, and implement educational, habilitation, rehabilitation, social adaptation, and integration processes for individuals with disabilities, utilizing innovative technologies, including information and communication technologies, in education; Develop and implement effective psychological and pedagogical, including inclusive, strategies for individualized learning, growth, and education of students with special educational needs; create programs for psychological and pedagogical support in diverse socio-institutional, interethnic, intercultural, and interfaith settings; Apply management techniques to ensure quality in education, design methods for assessing learning outcomes for students with special needs, and develop systems for pedagogical metrics, indicators, and evaluation tools based on modern qualimetry and standardization; Conduct independent research on current issues in special and inclusive education, employing a systematic approach and modern information technologies; plan, design, and execute educational processes grounded in pedagogical theory, higher education methodologies, and relevant teaching technologies; Collaborate with educational, healthcare, social protection organizations, and international partners to address urgent issues in education, professional development, and social adaptation for individuals with disabilities; Plan for professional and personal self-education, design their future educational path, and develop their professional career.
