The purpose of the educational program is to provide in-depth academic and

To apply for this educational program, international students should contact the university’s admissions office or send an email to the international department at [email protected]. The department will then work individually with each applicant.
• A copy of the applicant's identification document;
• A copy of the document verifying the previous level of education (with a transcript);
• A motivation letter in Kazakh, Russian, or English;
• A recommendation letter in Kazakh, Russian, or English from the educational institution the applicant attended or from an employer;
• A medical certificate for those studying abroad, including an official health certificate from the applicant’s home country indicating the absence of HIV/AIDS.
Foreign students applying for admission to educational programs undergo a special interview (internal university examination) as part of the application process.
All international students are offered on-campus accommodation.
• English: IELTS – 5.5 or higher, TOEFL IBT – 55 or higher, Duolingo English Test – 95 or higher
• Russian: B2 level, determined by an internal exam
