The Trinity Executive MBA is a rigorous, part-time programme designed for experienced professionals who want to advance into senior leadership, accelerate their current career path or prepare for a new direction. Delivered over two years, with classes on two evenings each week and selected Saturdays, the programme allows participants to continue working while applying their learning directly within their organisations.
The project-based curriculum combines advanced management knowledge with practical experience. All students complete a Strategic Company Project and may choose additional consulting projects focused on scaling businesses or social enterprise. Working directly with partner organisations, participants address live business challenges, develop evidence-based recommendations and strengthen their strategic decision-making skills.
Leadership development is embedded throughout the programme, with a focus on emotional intelligence, self-awareness and authentic leadership. Industry speakers also share insights into resilience, high-performing teams, personal change and group dynamics. An immersive induction experience begins this development journey and helps participants build lasting relationships with their classmates.
Students learn alongside an international cohort of experienced professionals, gaining new perspectives through peer learning and collaborative work. They also benefit from personalised career support and access to Trinity’s extensive corporate and alumni networks, providing lifelong connections, guidance and opportunities.

Admission Requirements
- A degree, professional qualification or track record of business achievement. Minimum of 5 - 8 years of professional or managerial work experience.
- Preferred minimum GMAT Executive Assessment score of 140/200*. The GMAT Executive Assessment examines the data driven and real world skills which will be required on the EMBA programme as well as the work place. The test has been recently adopted by the world’s leading Executive MBA programmes. - IELTS Grade of 7.0 and no band below 6.0, a TOEFL Score of 100 and no score below 20, or a Pearson Test of English (Academic) 65 and no score below 59, or a Duolingo minimum score of 130 with no section below 105.
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
