The Trinity Full-Time MBA is an intensive, 12-month programme designed for experienced professionals who want to accelerate their careers, transition to a new industry or prepare for senior leadership. Combining rigorous academic study with applied learning, the programme develops the strategic knowledge, practical skills and global network needed to lead with impact.
Live company projects are central to the Trinity MBA experience. All students complete a Strategic Company Project and can choose additional consultancy projects focused on scaling businesses or social enterprise. Working directly with partner organisations, students address real strategic challenges and present evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Leadership and personal transformation are embedded throughout the curriculum. Dedicated modules develop emotional intelligence, self-awareness, resilience and authentic leadership, while engagement with industry speakers provides insight into building effective teams, navigating change and understanding group dynamics.
Students learn within a highly international and collaborative cohort, exchanging perspectives shaped by different cultures, industries and professional backgrounds. Optional international residency weeks in Belgium and South Africa provide further opportunities for experiential learning and global exposure.
Students also benefit from personalised career guidance, access to leading employers and lifelong support from Trinity’s careers service and global alumni network. The programme prepares graduates to advance their existing careers or move into new functions, industries and international markets.

Admission Requirements
- A degree, professional qualification or track record of business achievement
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional or managerial work experience
- Preferred minimum GMAT score of 600, or equivalent GRE score.
- IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL IBT 90 for non-native English speakers
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
