Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture | UAX
The Architecture programme at UAX (Bachelor’s + Qualifying Master’s) is designed to support you throughout your development: from the fundamentals of design and construction to the legal qualification required to practise as an architect. A practical course, closely linked to the realities of the sector, which enhances your creativity, technical skills and professional profile.
Studying Architecture at UAX:
- You will develop complete projects: from the initial idea through to the construction details, incorporating sustainability, regulations and technology.
- You’ll learn from practising professionals: a teaching staff with links to architectural practices, companies and organisations within the sector.
- You’ll work in real-world environments: over 25,000 m² of laboratories, a FabLab, virtual reality and 3D printing facilities.
- You’ll take part in projects with leading companies: building a solid portfolio from your undergraduate degree onwards, with firms such as SACYR, COAM, Luis Vidal + Architects and Grupo San José
- You will boost your employability with professional certifications such as:
- Fundamentals of BIM Project Management, certified by Autodesk in collaboration with MSI Builders.
- Revit I (Basic Level), certified by Autodesk in collaboration with MSI Builders.
- Revit II (Advanced Level), certified by Autodesk in collaboration with MSI Builders.
- Interior Design Course
In addition, you’ll complement your profile with training in leadership, communication and entrepreneurship, certified by UAX Skill School.
- You’ll gain international experience: at universities and in global settings such as Japan or the US.
- You will complete your training with the qualifying Master’s degree: gaining direct access to regulated professional practice in just five and a half years.
- You will work within a professional ecosystem, with over 25,000 m² of laboratories, FabLabs, workshops and specialised spaces, designed for prototyping, modelling and presenting projects just as you would in a real studio.
- You’ll have direct access to the regulated profession, obtaining the official qualification that legally enables you to practise as an architect.
