This master's degree is offered with the idea of training a new manager who, in addition to solid knowledge in managerial skills and specific to the Human Resources area, has a global conception of the company along with a professional attitude that allows the development of the rest of the the organization. The learning and knowledge acquired in this program include: Fundamental concepts and techniques in administration and labor legislation to support, integrate and apply the knowledge of human resource administration; Administration of human resources, mainly those related to the selection, development and control of the staff integration process; AND Knowledge of the personnel management process, negotiation, motivation and leadership, manager and workforce development, labor relations and job satisfaction, and organizational development.

Admission Requirements
Required documents include: Photocopy of the title in the bachelor's degree; Title validated by the Directorate of Higher Education; Original certificate of studies and a photocopy, with a graduation rate equal to or greater than 70%; Updated resume; AND A passport size photo.
